If the weather is cold do you go to look for shelter to keep you warm? or do you keep yourself warm by working more to elevate the energy you have thus producing more heat?. Know the customer not very personally but know a little personal things about your customer like what they like eating, what quality of products they like, when do they like to shop e.t.c these will tell you what basically the customer wants from you and you can use that information to innovate. In Innovating you need knowledge to make it easy for you  in introducing new methods, ideas, or products.

Information changes the way we do business and how we move forward with our business because insanity is doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result. Value comes from applying what you have learnt and intention does not matter if you aren't producing results. Many people intended to do great things but why aren't they great in what they are intending to do, because they don't want to get their hands dirty and willing is not enough we must do. People don't like to be scammed or to feel that they have been taken advantage of, so people surround themselves with people they feel comfortable around. In order for a customer to buy a product from you you have to woo them so that they feel comfortable around and then they will be comfortable buying from you.

Treat the consumer with respect if you want to retain them in business. If you go treating your consumer like a moron only you will suffer if they leave you and go to another business for products. The consumer is your wife not matter how rude or irritable they are at the end of the day you still live in the same house and only you will feel the heat if she is not happy. You either calm the storm or the storm will destroy you.

A little crazy means keep on asking a customer if he/she will buy a product even if he/she had said no initially because you believe the product will help them, so you keep on following the product on because them maybe they will change their minds and want to try the product and then later may come to love it and start buying it without trying to market it to them because they have come to know the product is good. Good marketing involves a positive attitude, being patient and persistent. The three must follow each other that is how you sell products to customers efficiently.

Our job as marketers is not to hyphen a product so that consumers can buy but to know what the consumer wants and direct them to a good product. It does not matter how many followers you have but only those who you have a connection with those are the ones who really matter because followers follow you because it is convenient for them  but friends follow you because you have a connection with them and they won’t mind following you through a muddy road because they believe in you but most followers will quickly leave you when they see that you are leading them through a muddy road because it is not convenient for them. I have used muddy road to mean a lot of things like problems, difficulties, obstacles e.t.c so our jobs as marketers are to understand how the customer wants to buy and help them do so. Help your customers buy things in comfortable and efficient way because this will make them come back to your business if they want something else.

Good marketers sell what they themselves believe in and if the product is bad they won’t bother with it because a bad product just needs to be marketed a little then it will quickly go out of business because of word of mouth from consumers and when a product is discredited by consumers it will soon go out of business. To be a good marketer you need to build relationships with consumers because if they can trust you then you will be an asset to any company because the consumers believe in you.

What things have you been able to create in your life? Are you a creative person? and what do you love to do in your leisure time?. Creation starts with a thought then becomes an idea then afterward it gives birth to what you wanted to create. A single thought can change your life because it will bring an idea and an idea needs to be worked on in order to give birth to what you want to create. The time is now to create the future if you need to reprogram your mind to have positive expectations you need to change you mind and clear all those negative beliefs. You have had in your past that was not constructive and didn’t bring any good thing in your life. In life we get what we expect and your life is shaped by your expectations so the best way to predict the future is to create it.

Creativity about life in all aspects is being humble in heart removing all facts about a particular thing we have been told or gathered, creativity starts when one decides to think as child when they see something new for the first time. Children have only two fears, the fear of falling and the fear of loud sounds and all the other fears are picked up as they grow up depending on who is raising them up and the environment they grow up in. So children don’t have doubt or fear and these are the enemy  of creativity. Be bold and don’t be afraid  of failing or looking different because of executing an idea because this is the secret of great creative people.

People say making mistakes is bad but it is good to make a mistake unintentionally and learning from the mistake. The best time you can learn is when you are down because you put it in your heart but when you are up you put it in your pocket. When you fail at something be like Thomas Edison, he said “I haven’t failed I have just found 10,000 ways that won’t work” but now we are able to use the bulb at night and early in the morning to shine some light in the darkness basically because the inventor learnt to look at the bulb afresh and be able to ignore the failures. What things do you need to ignore in order to look at it fresh in you life? is it your family, project, work… Remember all actions is based on thoughts, so is thoughts that really matter.

Are you are a creative person? or do you first need inspiration first in order to be creative?. Motivation is what gets you started and habit is what keeps you going. In marketing you need to use different strategies to reach you audience and to pass your message effectively and in the end you audience must first believe in you, before even they bother with your message. Your audience must love you first in order to listen to your message and also you might not miss some haters along the way. How creative can you become in creative an effective message? because this is the most important segment for a marketer.
