The fact is that anger rests in the bossom of fools. Take some few minutes to breath in, and out until you are cool. Happiness is emotionally characterized by feelings of satisfaction, fulfilment, joy, and contentment. Happiness is a choice thus only your state of mind can make you happy in any situation. Outside occurrences should not be the source of your happiness since if it fails to manifest it will lead to disappointment. Don't wait to for the money, spouse, success e.t.c to come so that you can be happy. There is no benefit in staying angry, agitated, and depressed all your life. It will only increase your chances of reaching to the grave early since it will definitely affect your health.
