Wealth is the ability to fully experience life.

Image
“Wealth is the ability to fully experience life.”-Henry David Thoreau Wealth gives us a sense of financial freedom. Being financial free goes beyond being debt-free. Money is a tool used by those who are truly rich to manipulate their reality and this is done by understanding. Money gives a person more options in life and can also be used to create opportunities. Money can get you off a jammed situation. Financial freedom is a means of living the way you desired without emotional and financial pressure. Options and opportunities mostly emerge when a person generates more wealth. Wealth can make you save your time by paying for a particular service since it could have taken you more time to do it yourself. Wealth can give you access to a lot of things like traveling, meeting renowned people and resources. A wealthy person can eat healthy food as much as they would want since healthy food is considered expensive. Wealth can also give you access to high-quality food that is not usua

Money is like love.

Image
“Money is like love; it kills slowly and painfully the one who withholds it, and enlivens the other who turns it on his fellow man.”-Kahlil Gibran There is no truer statement like this that money is like love and you have to share it. If you love someone you are going to care, treat them well, tend to them, listen to them, share what you have with them and there are lots of more examples but when once a person starts neglecting the person they love they start falling out of love. Therefore the more we give the more we get and we can't get anything if we haven't given out anything and the law of production states you have to sow before you reap since you can't reap something you haven't sown. When we sow a seed we have to water it and give it the right nutrients constantly to make it flourish. Therefore money kills slowly and painfully the person who withholds it and enlivens the other who turns it on his fellow man. King Solomon confirms this statement from the sc

That man is richest whose pleasures are cheapest.

Image
“That man is richest whose pleasures are cheapest.”-Henry David Thoreau Pleasure is a mental experience in different states that humans want yo recreate and it might be entertaining, enjoyable or put you in a happy mood. If your expenses are expensive you are most likely a poor person because the more we spend without contemplating the future makes us waste a lot of money since we can still live without somethings that we are pouring our money to. For person to be rich he or she must be able to have self control so as to be able to stop ourselves from making some foolish decisions so as not to squander their money for example a man who loves to spend to spend his time around prostitutes squanders his wealth and we have many examples on how people squander their money and person should have discretion.

I don't pay good wages because I have a lot of money.

Image
“I don't pay good wages because I have a lot of money; I have a lot of money because I pay good wages.”-Robert Bosch This is a deep quote and needs serious thinking to get its meaning. I don't pay good wages because I have a lot of money means that he is obliged to pay good wages unwillingly since he has a lot of money. I have a lot of money because I pay good wages means he is willing to pay good wages because he is a generous person. If you are a stingy boss you are going to harvest very little and you will still have to pay for the same service but if you are a generous boss you are going to harvest very much for the same service. A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.

It’s good to have money and the things that money can buy.

Image
“It’s good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it’s good, too, to check up once in a while and make sure that you haven’t lost the things that money can’t buy.”-George Lorimer Sometimes we may accumulate the things that money can buy and also have money but it is good to check up once in a while and make sure that you haven’t lost the things that money can’t buy. What can't money buy? Money can't buy love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. We have to work on these qualities to live a life full of peace, harmony, and health since we need these elements to have a fruitful life. It is good to check up on these qualities because when one forgets about them he or she might become proud and think that he or she is better off than others and start treating people harshly thus making their lives miserable and the other reason is a person may become satisfied with just having money and forget to build and nurtu

It doesn’t matter about money.

Image
“It doesn’t matter about money; having it, not having it. Or having clothes, or not having them. You’re still left alone with yourself in the end.”-Billy Idol Having money or not having money does play a major role in your life neither does having clothes or not having them. Therefore one needs to point out the most important elements in a person life. What are the most crucial things the top three are a peace of mind, health and relationship since if you don't maintain a good standard in this three element you will end up with a lonely heart. Cater for your peace of mind, health, and relationship and even if you end up alone you won't be miserable. Therefore It doesn’t matter about money; having it, not having it. Or having clothes, or not having them. You’re still left alone with yourself in the end.

Expect the best.

Image
“Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes.”-Zig Ziglar Expect the best to come to you, don't focus on the bad and don't think that expecting the best is overrated. Some people think that expecting good things to happen is allowing yourself to be more vulnerable to being hurt when bad things happen cause most of the time the worst things show up when someone least expects it. Therefore one has to prepare for the worst this means that you have to picture how you would feel if you lost the love of your life, your business, your health e.t.c and start thinking of the things you are going to need to overcome that experience. We grow by what we leave behind and what we correct. Therefore we have to capitalize on what comes since we can't predict the future.

Who is rich?

Image
“Not he who has much is rich, but he who gives much.”-Erich Fromm Most of us are trying to accumulate more wealth so one can be rich and at the end of the journey, we will come to find out that we forgot to make a life for ourselves since a person has just been focused on accumulating. We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give since it is more blessed to give than to receive. Giving will make you create room to receive more, therefore, making the statement true that Not he who has much is rich, but he who gives much. Giving will make you look more appealing and more able to connect with people.

Focus on making your income increase.

Image
“The person who doesn't know where his next dollar is coming from usually doesn't know where his last dollar went.”-Unknown Focus on making your income increase because your income is the most important factor in your life since you need money to handle most of life's necessities. Money helps you to do most things in life efficiently and you have to be more conscious of what you commit your money to since you can't live on credit cause it will make you end up in debt. Therefore if you don't know where your next dollar is coming from you won't know where your last dollar went.

Time is more valuable than money.

Image
“Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time.”-Jim Rohn Why is time more valuable than money? it is because you can get more money, but you cannot get more time. If you can manage your time then you can remove anxiety, have more extra time, have more opportunities and have more time to create goals and objective since you are wasting little time. Therefore the first thing you will have to consider when starting is you must be smart when you start making goals since they should be S pecific,  M easurable,  A ttainable,  R elevant, and  T imely. Having a goal will make you prioritize what is important and what you can stay without. To make a goal come to the light one has to have a time limit since you are racing against time and setting your time limit will make you focused on working on the goal effectively. Times will come that you will need to rest and reflect to move forward toward your goal effectively since you will make a few mi

What would you buy that you’d be perfectly happy to hold if the market shuts down?

Image
“Only buy something that you’d be perfectly happy to hold if the market shuts down for ten years.”-Warren Buffett Most of us buy irrelevant things most of the time since most of us buy things out of impulse. We think of how we would look good in that outfit or that car will make us look relevant. There are many causes that make people buy things out of impulse like looking at a burger but you are on a diet and think how eating that burger will make your taste buds feel good and we end up forgetting that we are on a diet since we are overweight or because something is trending and we don't want to be perceived out of class thus we end up buying something we don't like so as to impress other people. There are many reasons why someone can buy something out of impulse and also you may have a rough idea about that area. We have to realize that most of the stuff we buy is not useful and we tend to give them out after using them for a while. What would you but that you’d be perfe

Money is only a tool.

Image
“Money is only a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver.”-Ayn Rand Money is only a tool like a hammer that is used to fix things this means that you will be needed to still work since a hammer is rendered useless once it is no longer needed. Therefore whatever you don't use will be loosed. Money can't work for you but you will be required to work to acquire money. Therefore money will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver. Once someone gets into some deep trouble that is when they come to realize that money is not everything but it answers everything.

It is not the man who has too little that is poor.

Image
“It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor.”-Seneca It is not the things that you don't have that are holding you back but it is the things you think you need that are holding you back from being the person you are destined to be. Being grateful for what you have it is a good start in attracting more great things in your life but the man who craves more is poor because he won't be able to attract more great things in his life. The person who loves abundance shall not be satisfied with the increase, therefore, be thankful for the little you have and joy will overflow you.

Before you speak, listen.

Image
“Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give.”-William A. Ward Be humble and ready to learn because if you choose to go experience things without knowing how to encounter some issues you will get wounded a lot. Wise people learn from other peoples experience before they go to encounter issues. So listen first before you speak. Think before you write. Earn before you spend. Investigate before you invest. Wait before you criticize. Forgive before you pray. Save before you retire. Give before you die.
