Real time is a mindset.” – David Meerman Scott Social media are tools you use to communicate this means in social media you post to gain traffic, to pass a message, entertain, engage... and in real time you will be known by your words because out of the mouth the heart speaks so thought and character are one. Sometimes we don't understand what we post on social media and what effect it will cause but the goal of the company is important because you need to have the right mindset in order to be effective in whatever you do. If you don't have the right mindset you will be like a ship in the midst of the sea without a map or a compass.

Social media is a build it, that means to be influential in peoples life and then care and protect people while they grow and then engage them and they may come and stay. You nurture love by respecting another person’s point of view, touching their lives, communicating the right message, compromising your reaction to the for a time and being attentive and listening to what people have to say. Engage with the audience so you can learn how to respond to them and know more about them and these can be a good asset for you.

Because the customer first needs to buy into your story before they buy any product from you. So tell empowering stories that will motivate the customer to buy from you. The customer will willingly buy a product from you because they trust you and believe in you. Belief and trust are the most crucial things any customer looks for before they buy anything. The question is does the customer believe and trust the product will benefit them? And when the customer is satisfied with the product they will come and buy again.

What is the purpose behind you brand, company, business... Value increases the revenue you make as a company and when a person speaks they tell the world who they are, because in life we don't get what we want but what we are and remember value must be defended. The consumer is emotional connected to a company because they love what they are doing so present a emotional message and you will get a connection with the consumer. “Marketing is no longer about the stuff that you make, so you have to be strategic in ways you present your message because marketing is about the stories you tell.

Give yourself permission to make the story bigger.” – Jay Baer Your story must be much more bigger than what is the product or what services you provide, the question is what are you not telling the world? because you had an experience in your company on how you started and how you persevered through the hard times because life is full of ups and downs. Why do you love your company is it because of the money, people, office...  your reasons for working in that company is important and if you don't tell stories that not only include the product and service that's not story telling it's a brochure. Allow yourself to be free enough and honest enough to make the story bigger.
