How can you relax your mind and body?


One way to relax is by practicing breathing exercises. Taking deep breaths, holding them, and exhaling them makes one feel relaxed. Being relaxed releases anxiety, stress, sleep problems, and depression. Relaxing your mind makes you feel calm and peaceful. It also assists muscles to be less tense, and more flexible.

How can you relax your mind and body?

1. Practice mindful meditation- Involves setting your mind and body at ease at present while life continues to happen without trying to change it.

2. Listen to relaxing music.

3. Bathe in a warm bath.

4. Practice breathing exercises.

5. Write your experiences in a journal.

6. Use your imagination to create, and foresee the future. It requires positive energy to achieve this.
